I have been in Real Estate for 10 years and out of every lender I have ever done a deal with there is only one that I would put my total faith into for making sure it closed without incident Kim Lanagan! Met her on a deal I couldnāt get done it was a very complicated VA Loan she not only got the loan to close she took a deal that was dead on the side of the road and cleared me to close 14 days later. Letās just say in the words of Jerry McGuire she had me at hello and she has been my primary lender ever since.
